Overview

Welcome parents, guardians, and students! I am excited about starting my 21st year of teaching Special Education as a Redirection / Social Skills teacher in Dallas Independent School District. I have been at Seagoville High School for all but one of those years.

 

Seagoville High School is a wonderful learning environment for students and a caring environment for both students and teachers!  My professional goal this year is to create a more positive learning environment by celebrating teacher and student successes as often as possible.

 

I graduated from St. Louis University in 1997 with an Undergraduate degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing. I gained a teaching certificate in Sp.Ed. in 2011. Before being certified as a Sp. Ed. teacher I worked in the business sector as an entrepreneur.
