AP Art 2-D/Drawing

IMPORTANT!!!!    Please sign into google classroom in order to be counted present at least 3x per week. I can send you responses and comment on uploaded work in google classroom.  Please continue to finish your images. As you do please upload them to the AP website. If you forget your password, etc I took home the AP book with all that info. I will be sending individual responses to you this afternoon after reviewing the AP portfolio site. You will also need to start writing on the 2 paragraphs that are part of the portfolio submission. I would like to see a preliminary draft by Monday 3/31.

Welcome to AP Art at Seagoville High School where you will create a theme to use for the year for all your projects.  You can paint, use pastels, draw with pencils, colored pencils, use photography, collage, scratchboard, printmaking or any combination. You can use any supplies we have in the art department to create your theme projects. By uploading 15 images, including a mindmap, a storyboard and your projects you will create a digital portfolio. This digital portfolio along with 5 of your best pictures matted will be sent to the AP College Board in early April. If you receive a 3,4 or 5 score for both parts of your portfolio you will receive college credit and save yourself about $1,000 in college fees in addition to feeling a sense of pride for your accomplishment.
